It has been over a month since I placed the order which has still been unfilled. I will file a written complaint with the BBB as a result of this infraction.

You have taken the money out of my account but refused to fill the order.

I was told that you would send me a complimentary order which has still not come. You have taken the money out of my account, please return it.
